Well, I see the label as being classed under comedy, so I assume you take the high road on this issue of gender and sexual differences of people.
I don't have access to using utube, but I remember studying various differences of men to women. I think that cultural beliefs along with ethnic traditions cause the biggest problems between the sexes, however.
The differences between men and women are natural, that's how God created us.
Something I don't like about Western culture is that some peoples try to ignore these differences and force a stupid "equity" that cause social problems that cannot be easily solved.
I personally think that the real equity is not the one that delete all the natural differences between the two genders, but the one that put everyone in the place he's physically able to be good at. For example, A man is to work as a truck driver or a tough worker, a woman is not to be. A woman is to work as a nurse or teacher for children, a man is not to be. Both are to be doctors, engineers, programmers, etc.

For example,
A man is to work as a truck driver or a tough worker, a woman is not to be.
A woman is to work as a nurse or teacher for children, a man is not to be.
Both are to be doctors, engineers, programmers, etc.
As women generally have a gentle disposition they civilise the workplace. Men tend to behave better in the presence of women.
