Hey Fatso, you know where you can stick that cheese!

Our unbelievably stupid, lazy and arrogant government led by old blubber faced baby buffalo Brian Cowen is planning massive cutbacks in the forthcoming budget, set for December 7th 2010.

There is an air of deperation about the country now with all kinds of Casandras predicting all kinds of dark and doom laden scenarios, from 10 billion in cuts in the next 12 months to those fascists from the International Monetary Fund coming in and taking over the country to floods and hurricains. Even the X-factor audience seem to think that this year's series (on UK and Irish TV at the moment) is pretty shit, and if the X-Factor audience is not happy then we KNOW things must be getting bad.

To Socail Welfare recipients, most of whom lost between 10% and 20% of their benefits last year and who can expect to be hammered again come December all I can say is DONT PANIC because the government is going to give us all a nice big lump of Cheddar Cheese.

I am not sure if there is a vegetarian alternative cheese subsitute for those vegans and lactose intolerent among the country's poor.

Thank God for Brian Cowen, that's all I can say and God save Ireland!

Here is how the English Daily Telegraph reported the news.

If you will recall, it was you that asked me to
carefully research the Holy Qur'an for 'Truth'. I've spent many weeks doing exactly that.

    See: www.thereligionofpeace.com/

As you know, Allah's Apostle Mohammad's so-called "marriage" was consummated on little Aisha's youthful body when she was nine yrs old, he in his fifties, and this muslim tradition continues to this day, so I had little reason to doubt the horror when I saw those vividly pathetic faces, those eyes, of those Gaza strip babies in their bridal gowns.

Secondly, during the reign of Iran's Grand Ayatollah Khomeini (1979-1988) he issued a proclamation, a devine dictum, on proper sexual behavior for all muslim men.

To lecture me, and call me a "disgusting person" guilty of distortion, is grossly unfair of you. I seek only the truth. If I distort the truth, my blog loses credibility. Since I spend my remaining few months here on this earth doing research, and you have supposedly provided a claimed "non-muslim website"...it's off again for still more research in behalf of "Innocence Lost'.

After reading Nonie Darwich "Now They Call Me Infidel" and Syrian Medical Doctor Wafa Sultan's articles, this old man continues to believe that I'm on the right path to 'Understanding Islam'.

About the story of Prophet Muhammad marrying mother of the faithful, Aisha. What's the problem about that?
    a) She was engaged before the Prophet. => The society accept this marriage.
    b) Males and females in deserts and hot areas become mature in an early age (Ask a physician) => She was mature.
    c) Usama ibn Zaid lead an army when he was only 18. => They were mature earlier than people in other areas.
    d) Aisha grew up to be one of the best narrators of Prophet's sayings and acts, she was consulted by most of Muslim scholars, males and females about matters of Fiqh.

In Conclusion, I offer this, in brief:

My wife & I have enjoyed 29 years of our adult life in California's Mojave High-Desert; one half in 29 Palms, the last 15 years in Yucca Valley...a very hot, dry climate. During that time, we were privileged to associate with hundreds of young athletes. I was 8 & Under Coach for 7 yrs, and Head Coach For Two...on two different 'Age-Group Competitive Swim Teams', Ages 6 thru 18.

For you to attempt to justify the apostle's sexual assault on 9 yr old Aisha, stating that "males and females in deserts and hot areas mature at an early age" is absurd. No medical doctor of any prominence in the medical community today, would ever say that a child of that age is 'mentally & physically mature'.

Youthful Usama ibn Zaid & Alexander The Great may have led the Sword & shield ancient armies centuries ago, but technology has advanced, and generals today are mature men.

Ancient doctrines that attempt to force primitive
notions on advanced cultures are doomed to abject failure, and a billion advocates with fanatical suicidal instruction, will never totally subdue advanced cultures; they only cause
chaos, wars, and the innocent to suffer pain, humiliation, suffering...and premature death.

  24. Snake Hunters,

    You say;
"And here I thought Mohamed & I were on the edge of elevating this discussion to a higher level."

    A discussion? huh
Does this mean that providing a scientific evidence would by of any value to you?

I guess not, but let me try..

You said; "No medical doctor of any prominence in the medical community today, would ever say that a child of that age is 'mentally & physically mature'."

    No, you're wrong. According to George H. Napheys, an American Doctor of Medicine, in his book "The Transmission of Life", he says;

"Travelers have frequently observed that in tropical countries both the sexes arrive at maturity earlier in life than in temperate or cold countries. This explains the early marriages which are customary in those localities, and which do not appear to exert the injurious influence on the offspring which is almost constantly observed in temperate climates from premature unions. In Abyssinia and the shores of the Red Sea, which are the hottest parts of the globe, it is no unusual sight to see boys of fifteen and sixteen who are already fathers. "
    http://chestofbooks.com/society/sexuality/The-Transmission-Of-Life/Puberty-What-It-Is.html

    And in a study by ENDOCRINE society;
"On the basis of the above mentioned average ages at onset of pubertal development and assuming a Gaussian distribution in the normal population, abnormally precocious sexual development has been defined in Europe as less than 8 yr for the B2 stage in girls and less than 9 yr for the G2 stage in boys."
    http://edrv.endojournals.org/cgi/content/full/24/5/668

If we combined the two facts that hot climate lead to early puberty (Arabian peninsula is one of the hottest places on earth) + normal puberty in Europe (a cold place) is higher than 8 yrs. Then your claim is totally refuted.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Mohamed - It takes more than two minor sources to refute our 29 years of observation in the Mojave Desert. I do not see anywhere, a claim from a logical, educated person that states.... that a prepubescent child has the emotional equivolent of an adult, or the necessary life-experiences sufficient to wisely choose a life-partner in marriage. That stretches credulity to the outer-limits of logic & reason, and also exhibits a willingness on your part, to believe most anything..on the slightest available evidence.

Of course, females in muslim cultures do not usually have the privilege to choose a mate, a profession, a proper education, or the future of their children. These things are mostly chosen by men.

However, I do thank you for your fine input; it adds a certain dignity & sparkle to any blog, and I only wish it were visible on Snake-Hunters & 'Understanding Islam' blogsites! - reb

  32. Mohamed - What you "care for", or what we focus our attention on, does not change the muslim historical fact of your prophet "marrying" a nine year old emotionally immature child, when he was in his mid-fifties! Modern cultures find this behavior "primitive" and disgusting in the extreme..and frankly, I would never consult or "ask" anyone in a muslim-dominated community to advise me on the value of how best to treat women! I do understand it, if you choose to believe and/or defend the idea that it is proper to beat a wife in public, and you totally avoid discussing the stoning to death, or public hanging, of young women, or "honor killings" in that culture. Your 1400 yr history may even be an embarrassment to you, but Mohamed knows it would be risky indeed..to try to change ancient tradition, or the ancient, unchangable Shari'a Law!

Once I heard Moez Massoud, a Muslim famous talker, telling a story of two men standing in front of each other and there were a paper between them that was black from one side and white from the other side.
They took very long time each of them trying to convince the other man of the true color of the paper. The first one was firm that it's black, the other man was insisting that's it's white. Both of them were going to go mad, until a third man came with a smile on his face, and suggested that the first man goes to look from the other side, "Yes, White." Then the second man went to look from the side of the first man, "Yes, Black"!!

Our problem -since you first commented on my blog 5 years ago- is not so different than this fictional story..

You hear in your media about crazy persons killing innocent people by the name of Islam, you visit websites that tell you that this is what Islam orders its followers to do.

I practice Islamic religion, live in a Muslim community, am aware of Islamic law resources, studied parts of Sharia and Fiqh.

    (a) I am 85+ yrs old from 2/11/1925. (b) Your assertion (False) that 'my media' here in the U.S. feeds me incorrect information. (Fact) I spend over an hour searching for breaking news from around the world, every day, and I attempt to separate fact from fiction. This morning there is a report that (1) Germany, Netherlands & Belgium are on high alert for Jihadi terrorists, (2) Saudi textbooks in Britain teach 5,000 students (see Advocate.com/Nov 22/by Julie Bolcher) > "Antigay Saudi Texts In British Schools" etc..Also teach children (according to BBC) if someone dies who is not a believer in Islam, will suffer hell-fire; also detailed diagrams of "how hands & feet of thieves are amputated." (3) Saudi King Abdullah flys to U.S.

December 1st post is up; meet Elisabeth Sabaditsch-Wolff. She's an Austrian "free speech advocate" - spent years in 3 different
muslim countries, is referred to as the "Mother Courage of the 21st Century" and now she in hot-water with the European Union for criticizing Islam...so naturally, I posted her speech on Snake Hunters. She's eloquent, and fearless!

  58. Snake Hunters,

I don't know. But when a Palestinian sees by his naked eyes an Israeli soldier raping his mother and his old sister, or when he sees an Israeli officer giving clear orders to his soldiers to shoot all moving "things" which ends by losing all his family and seeing his father and mother and brothers and sisters in pieces with blown-up heads and cut arms and legs. A Palestinian child daily has to cross everyday an Israeli crossing in his way to school with fast shots guns pointed to their heads.

    Do you mean those "children"?

Give them a candy, maybe it will make them forget the scenes of their fathers cut into pieces, and their sisters raped, and their mothers humiliated before being executed!

Israelis fooled you and told you that they bombed homes and raped women as "Self-defense"!! Palestinians too defend themselves.

    Check this link:
    http://www.soundofegypt.com/palestinian/adult/massacres.htm

By the way, you say that you depend on "neutral" news sources. What did your sources tell you about the 50 rabbis that signed a religious document forbidding Jews from selling and renting apartments to Arabs?!!

    ReplyDelete
  59. Mohamed - Caution: Whenever you use the Ancient Old Testament to amplify your arguments, then I must say that I've read of this, in the book of Joshua, in the City of Jericho; and answer with at least two passages from the ancient Qur'an:

(Unlike you, I look carefully at both sides!)

"I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve; therefore, strike off their heads, and strike off every fingertip of them." Qur'an 8:12 -- > (Striking fingers off of dead bodies?)

"The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and his messenger, and strive for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixtion, or cutting off hands and feet from opposite sides..."(that's brute mutilation, sir) in your
    Qur'an 5:33

Furthermore, the photos of child-brides is not a new idea in muslim culture, it began 1400 yrs ago with Aisha at 9, with her 'husband' over age 50. That set the example for others to follow in
    'Innocence Lost' {post}.

Secondly, I know of no example where "neutral sources" persuade me of anything, and you did request that I research your ancient book, and I have, plus many other good sources, that quote from those so-called holy books.

In S/H, see "Continuum of Wars" where I've recorded nearly 1400 yrs of Jihad "Crusades"... and biased people ignore this evidence in favor of their pet notions.

No where have I found an Israeli rabbi or adult soldier, teaching prepubescent babies and young teens in training with the use of auto-firearms & grenades, and grinning proudly behind the kid with frag-bombs strapped to his belly!

So, war is deceit; and the observer witnesses both sides if he truly searches for the truth.

It is the responsibility of the 'truth-seeker' to carefully make his judgement based on hard evidence, rather than a mountain of false propaganda and deception. The liar and false-prophet will eventually lose all credibility.

Separating fact from fiction is not an easy task.
I've always felt that the sincere student, Mohamed Fadly, is still searching, still deeply probing, for those precious kernals of truth.

    Perhaps I am wrong?

  60. Reb,

Did you know that cutting off hands was a favorite punishment of William the Conquerer, a devout Christan and founder of many monasteries in the 11th century?

Things were different in medieval times. Anyway, your own country has a fine track record in abducting and torturing innocent people to this day.

I shall quote from the New Testament for you:

"Let he who is without sin cast the first stone." (John 8:8)

"Often, the interrogators prevented the parents from being present during the interrogation, although their right to be present is enshrined in law. "
"Many minors complained they were treated violently when they were taken from their home at night"
"The police detained for questioning four minors under age 12, which is the age of criminal responsibility"

    Snake Hunters,

Here you're two sources, and American and an Israeli about how Israeli government treat Palestinian children.

  62. Rory - What William the Conqueror did or did not do is pure speculation today, and I have no comment worth a nickle for you on that score. As to "your own country...abducting and torturing innocent people to this day" is exaggerated poppycock as far as I know. I do know this:

There is only one great religion that is backed by shari'a law, that allows the execution of apostates, and the hands & feet mutilations in Qur'an 5:33 - also the stoning of young women & girls "to this day" - Thy name is Islam!
    >
Mohamed - What you may charge the Israeli do, or have done recently, in questioning 5 yr old kids, pales in comparision with the pictures I have displayed recently in the last few posts; little 8 to 10 yr old "brides" in Innocence Lost, and training very young Gaza kids with automatic rifles, hand-grenades and suicide frag-bombs strapped to the kid's belly!

I will agree that war is an ugly business for any innocent to endure, and the tiny population of the Jewish diaspora are the ultimate, grossly out-numbered victims of this on-going horror.

There are smany contemporary or near contemporary historical chronicles on the life and deeds of William the Conquerer. His hand chopping exploits are a matter of historical record.

  64. Rory - William The Conqueror is an ancient warrior of the distant past; he's only a 'bookmark'.

The Qur'an is 1400 yrs old, and its influence is expanding rapidly again, in the 21st Century. That's the fundamental difference that some may choose to ignore, at their peril!

Fact: - "Cutting off hands & feet from opposite sides..." is a religious command, read by 1.6 billion muslim believers in Holy Qur'an 5:33 -

    A Huge Difference! - reb

  65. Snake Hunters,

I've told you more than once before, but I'm not going to stop repeating it.

"Cutting off hands & feet from opposite sides.." which is stated in the following verses:

"32. On that account: We ordained for the Children of Israel that if any one slew a person - unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land - it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people. Then although there came to them Our apostles with clear signs, yet, even after that, many of them continued to commit excesses in the land.
    33. The punishment of those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger, and strive with might and main for mischief through the land is: execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land: that is their disgrace in this world, and a heavy punishment is theirs in the Hereafter;
    34. Except for those who repent before they fall into your power: in that case, know that Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful. " Surah 5: 32-34

This punishment -as clear from the context of the verses- comes after clarifying the value of human soul in Islamic Sharia; "if any one slew a person - unless it be for murder or for spreading mischief in the land - it would be as if he slew the whole people: and if any one saved a life, it would be as if he saved the life of the whole people." which means that it's a punishment for those who threaten safety of mankind.

I don't know about you, but those who planned for killing unlimited number of innocents in 9-11 New York, 7-7 London and 11-3 Madrid must face the just punishment of "execution, or crucifixion, or the cutting off of hands and feet from opposite sides, or exile from the land" and I hope "a heavy punishment is theirs in the Hereafter".

    What do you think?

  67. Mohamed - If you are inclined to apologize for the extreme violence in so many verses in your ancient holy book...with that "out of context" nonsense, it's a very familiar pattern.

When you delete anyone that fully understands the words, and the intentions, of human-animals that wish to dominate all others... with acts of terror, and mutilations to instill fear, I can only hope that some day.. in the distant future..you will see how very wrong we mortals can be; and you are no exception.

All Humans are imperfect! To ignore the high mountain of evidence..it's a human trait.

Modern Jews, Christians, Hindu and Buddhists.. do not fly planes into buildings, or strap bombs on their women and children, or cut off heads and hands, or kill their young daughters...for the family's honor! Muslims have been doing crazy violence, for 1400 years. - reb
